Delete your CrewPilot account

Delete it in the app

• Log in to CrewPilot (app or crewpilot.seolands.com).
• Open Profile and scroll to Delete account.
• Enter your password (the owner also types the company name) and tap Delete my account.
• Deleting needs your password, so nobody can do it without it.

Company owner

• The whole company workspace is deleted: nobody (owner, HR or employees) can use it any more.
• For 15 days the data is kept so the owner can restore it (for example if someone else deleted it by mistake): just log in again with the owner account and choose Restore company.
• After 15 days everything is erased permanently and automatically: employees, offices, attendance, leave, payroll runs, payslips and settings. It cannot be restored after that.

Employee, manager, HR or admin

• Your login is deleted right away and you leave the company; you can no longer log in.
• Your employer keeps your employee record (name, contact, ID and bank details, attendance, leave and payroll) as part of its HR and payroll records. Ask your employer if you want them to remove it.

Can't log in?

Email hello@seolands.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my CrewPilot account". We delete it within 7 days and reply when done.
